Tapered Caps & Plugs protect threaded and non-threaded pipes, ports, and access points from damage, dust and debris during storage and shipping. They have a heavy duty wall and a tapered sealing ring for maximum protection.

Heavy Duty Pipe Caps are used to protect the end of a pipe from dust, dirt, and other impurities. They are appropriate for nominal pipe sizes and provide a low-cost, high-quality choice. Internal ribs ensure a snug fit and release after pressure is applied. The caps come with or without a vent hole.

Used to keep small pipes safe during transportation and storage. It is also simple to install and remove, thanks to the press fit design. Temperature resistance ranges from 66C to -40C. Used in plumbing, heating, ventilation, and industrial applications.

Driveshaft Protection Caps are used for the protection and masking of driveshaft, and the surrounding bearings, from oil and an array of chemicals.

Available in a choice of materials; Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). The PVC option also provides resistance to tearing and splitting.

Our range fits DIN 748, IEC 600-72 and ISO R775.

SAE Butt Weld Covers are primarily used in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. They are a protective cap for use in 3000 and 6000 SAE PSI applications. Provides maximum protection for butt-weld ends on valves, pumps, and heat exchangers. These will not crack or chip and eliminates the need for plywood, masonite and fasteners.

Saves labour on assembly costs as they easily push-fit into place by hand. The special reverse angle design matches the butt-weld angle and completely covers or protects the end during shipping and storage.

Made from Low-Density Polyethylene (PE-LD) and two colour options are available. The Natural, translucent option is designed to protect split-flange coupling surfaces and allows for the O-ring to remain visible, while providing secure protection by an internal locking bead. The Red option is ideal for SAE flange nipple. Features a temperature range from minimum -30 degrees C up to a maximum +50 degrees C.

Street Sign Post Plugs protect openings in copper and aluminium tubing, preventing the ingress of dirt and debris. They are quick to install and remove from the application. A small, unobtrusive pull tab is available, for easy and rapid removal.
