These cable clamps have a hinged locking top. The cable(s) are placed in the center of the clamp first, then the hinged top is placed over the cables. The legs of the clamps are placed into two holes. The top is secured in place, holding the cable with the help of two screws. As the screws are engaged, the legs expand holding the clamp in place without the need of a nut. This means there is no need to access the bottom side of the board.
