SAE Butt Weld Covers are primarily used in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. They are a protective cap for use in 3000 and 6000 SAE PSI applications. Our Hydraulic Hose Protector Spiral has excellent recovery memory to maximise the hose coverage, and this plastic spiral hose protector also has exceptional anti-crushing performance. The hose protectors maintain high abrasion resistance, which has been proven in arduous conditions. It also benefits from good resistance to UV rays. Hydraulic Spiral Wrap is suitable for wrapping single hoses or multiple hose bundles, and it comes conveniently packed in cartons for easy storage.
Our range includes Spiralguard made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The Flexible HDPE has a light duty due to a thinner wall thickness when compared to the heavy duty HDPE counterpart. This flexibility allows more movability on smaller hose with better memory recovery and less pressure on radius curve of the hose.
Also available is Spiral Wrap made from Polypropylene (PP), providing maximum protection against abrasion.
