JIC Threads Hydraulic Application Caps & Plugs

Our range of O-Ring Face Seal Caps are designed to protect O-Ring face seal connectors that are used on hydraulic connections.

The cap design features a longer overall length for added protection from the ingress of dirt and other contaminants. They also include a moulded retaining ring at the bottom that snaps under the connector to keep it securely in place during transit and processing.

Our range is suitable for both UNF and JIC thread sizes.

O-Ring Face Seal Caps are specifically designed to protect the pins of solenoid valves. The easy-to-fit cap fits the pins into the moulded rim inside.

These Snap Fit Plugs are designed to facilitate the application and removal on a component. They protect the aperture from ingress of contaminants like dirt, dust, and debris.

Easy to install and remove; once pushed into position, a single twist provides a secure and snug fit. A central tab at the top provides a strong grip for tightening and removal. The range is suitable for hydraulic fittings with Metric, BSP, UNF, and JIC threads.

Each plug covers a range of different thread sizes and styles.

Snap Fit Plugs effectively protect against contaminants such as dirt, dust and moisture for a variety of applications during manufacture, storage and transport. Slight pressure snaps the plug into an internal rib to make a secure seal. The cross-head feature allows removal with a tool that twists the part out.
