Thumb Screws with Knurled Metal and Shoulder give a secure and readily adjustable connection. The rough surface of the knurled metal head enables simple grasping and twisting by hand, eliminating the need for tools. Because of the presence of a shoulder, these screws are perfect for applications that need regular adjustments or disassembly.
Its shoulder also keeps the screw from overtightening and harming the material it's securing. This is particularly important when screws fasten fragile or easily damaged materials. It is corrosion-resistant, making it appropriate for use in areas where moisture or chemicals are likely present.
It is easy to tighten and remove by hand using the knurled head area. Making them especially useful for applications where installation with tools is not possible. They are used in electronics, manufacturing, and automotive.
