Round Load Bearing Glides are designed to use as a protection plug or as a glide. The lid is stepped to offer an easy insertion and secure fit. They are ideal to protect and finish a tube end in moderate to heavy-duty applications

Push -On Tilt glides are swivel glides with spring insert. Insert and Glide come as a one piece to facilitate the application. The Glides are designed with a tube end cap for a clean finish and have a ball and socket joint to create a tilt action. The range offers a choice of base to suit various applications.

Oval Inserts & Glides can be used as high quality tube ends or glides. The external ribbed collar ensures a secure fit, while the ends finished with spark eroded Polyethelyne (PE). Available in a range of colours.

Rectangular Tube Inserts are ideally suited for most popular sizes and gauges of rectangular tubes. They are available in a wide range of sizes, colour and finishes. The Inserts are used to protect the sharp edge of metal tubes. The choice of colour allow an aesthetic finish.

Horizontal Inserts for Rectangular Tubes are available with various options for joining rectangular tubes. There are 4 types available. Type 1 has 1 level but 2 directions. Type 2 has 1 level, 2 directions and has a top thread. Type 3 has 1 level, 2 directions and a bottom thread and type 4 has 1 level, 2 directions and 2 threads

Rectangular Metal Threaded inserts come in a variety of options. All-Metal threaded inserts are ideal for heavy duty applications and are made from a cast aluminium alloy. Standard Threaded Inserts can be used with either adjustable feet (SR 1572) or adjustable tilt glides (SR1575). For the rectangular inserts M8 and M10 thread sizes are available and they are suitable for wall thicknesses of 1.0-2.0mm. Metal-Threaded Inserts are another heavy duty insert option. There are ideal for use with adjustable feet, tilt guides and castors. M8 or M10 threads with mild steel holding nut provides a strong fixing. The metal thread allows for a smooth repeatable adjustment and the two piece mouldings fit neatly together to fit into the tubes

Push In Glides, or Tube Inserts, are commonly used at the base of tubular products like chair legs. The push-fit glide provides protection, not just for the assembly, but more importantly for the surface below. Ideal protection for wooden, carpeted and other floor surfaces.

Chrome-Plated Cap Rectangular inserts and Chrome Rectangular inserts offer two different chrome finish insert options. Chrome Plated Cap inserts are ribbed for ease of insertion and positive fit and the chrome plated cap provides enhances aesthetic appearance. They are suited to a wall section of 1.0-2.0mm. The Chrome inserts provide an equally neat finish and have a high gloss chrome coating. They are available in both chrome or dark chrome coatings

Round Glides are used to finish the end of a tube and to provide a base for a surface contact. The range offer a selection of glide that can be either nailed fitted or push fitted. Different base provide different glide control depending of the surface of the application. Glides can also be referred as Insert Feet.

Standard, short and long caps are available. The short versions are for general purpose closure and the long versions have an extra depth and feathered edge which ensure a tight fit. These Black Oval Ferrules provide a neat cover to oval shaped tubes. They can be used for finishing, protection and are essentially applied to cover sharp tube edges. The PVC material offers flexibility for easy fitting and removal.

Push-in Plugs, also referred to as bungs are a versatile option to blank a variety of holes or bores during transportation, paint process or on a finished product. These LDPE plugs protect the handler from rough surfaces from cut holes. The Bung can also be used to protect internal threads. Additionally, the plugs can be used to mask and protect holes during a low temperature paint process. Available with either a flat or domed head these plugs are also offered in a variety of colours so can be used for colour identification or to match a finished product aesthetics. The advantage of these plugs is that they are simple to apply, with a simple push in motion.

Our range of high temperature Flexible End Caps come in a variety of sizes that are suitable for Metric, BSP and UNF threads. These Flexicaps are durable making them an ideal choice for a multitude of uses; their attractive vinyl appearance makes them particularly good for finished applications.

Made from flexible PVC (90 Shore) in yellow, which can withstand operating temperatures of up to 210C. These extremely pliant caps provide excellent chemical resistance and are an economical solution for one-time uses. Typical applications include; powder coating, e-coating, plating and general paint lines. The specially formulated PVC is unaffected by weather, oxidation, oils and moisture.
