Threaded Diaphragm Grommets Handwheels

Diaphragm Grommets contain a thin central film that can be pierced to allow a range of different sized wires to pass through into an enclosure or through a panel. Two sided cut-outs have the central film in the centre of the grommet, whereas one sided cut-outs have the film to one side of the grommet.

Threaded Rods are ideal for applications where a screw head is not needed, or where space is precious. The Threaded Rod are fastened completely into the material, and threaded right down into the application.

Sometimes referred to as a Plastic Threaded Bar, our Thread Rod range features Fully Threaded Rods and Studs made from Nylon 6/6, including options that have a flame resistance rating of UL94 V2. Nylon is an ideal material for applications where a chemical resistant, insulating, lightweight and non-magnetic solutions is required.
