Expandable Masking Covers are an excellent alternative to traditional caps when covering parts with awkward shapes. Covers made from LDPE and PE materials are designed to stretch, featuring an elasticated end, while those made from silicone rely on the material's natural elasticity for expansion.

The LDPE and PE elasticated cap provides a looser fit, making it ideal for general protection during transport and storage or light masking requirements. In contrast, the Silicone material caps offer a stronger grip on the part, making them suitable for applications where pressure needs to be applied.

These covers are specifically designed to protect parts from coatings, painting, plating, or abrasive treatments. They can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius for silicone and LDPE materials and up to 60 degrees Celsius for PE materials.

Flexible End Caps are made from a flexible material that is able to stretch on to larger diameters for a snug fit. They provide protection to threads and non-threaded ends.

The cap features a hanging tab, which allows them to be used with wire hooks. They are an ideal solution for low temperature masking applications.

Vinyl End Caps, commonly known as Flexicaps or PVC End Caps. A round cap that protects the outside diameter of threaded or non-threaded tubes, rods, pipes or paper tubes. The vinyl material can stretch on to larger dimensions for a tight fit without tearing, splitting or shredding.

These round vinyl end caps include a red flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) 60 Shore version, which is made from softer and more flexible material that allows for easy fitting. The bright red colour offers high visibility, thus reducing health and safety risks. Also included is a black PVC 80 Shore version that is more rigid than the red option. Also available is a glossy, dip-moulded round end tip that has a smooth finish. Durable round plastic end caps for round tubing are ideal product presentation and protection.

These vinyl caps provide a high-gloss, attractive finish making them ideal for use as decorative end caps. The flexibility and durability allows suitable fit for multiple applications. They can be used as a mask for coating, plating and paint applications, where the maximum temperature is not higher than 350F.
