Closed Linear Ball Bushings

These Linear Ball Bushings are used in linear motion systems and are designed to provide a smooth and precise movement along a linear axis, allowing for accurate positioning and motion control. Composed of a housing with a row of 4-6 round ball circuits housed in a cage.

There are three types in this product group:

• Closed Linear Ball Bushings: These are utilised on hardened shafts. It is extremely resistant to wear, corrosion, and impact. This sturdy design ensures the bushings can endure large loads, high speeds, and extreme operating conditions without sacrificing performance or longevity.
• Stainless Ball Bushings: These bushings are utilised with corrosion-resistant toughened shafts. They are available in adjustable, double compliment, and extended version configurations. These bushings are extremely corrosion resistant, durable, and strong.
• Long Linear Bushings: These are utilised on hardened shafts. Designed for applications requiring linear motion over long strokes, assuring maximum performance and dependability.
  

Their design allows for smooth and precise linear motion, provides low-friction movement and minimises wear and tear. It can withstand temperatures from -20C to +80C. Ideal for use in applications such as automotive equipment, punching presses, and printing machines.
