To support our drive to deliver a hassle-free customer service we are upgrading/implementing some new business systems. This will mean some updates to your account details and information that you will receive with your orders.
As part of our commitment to investing in better service for our customers and driving continuous process improvement internally, we are pleased to confirm that Essentra Components UK will officially launch our new internal systems on Monday 5th January 2026.
To ensure a smooth transition between our current and new systems, please take note of the following:
Key Dates & Details
Order Freeze: From Friday 12 December 2025 — shipments continue, but please place critical orders early. Orders after this date will ship once the new system is live.
Last Shipments: Friday 19 December 2025 — final dispatches before the system transition.
System Go-Live: Monday 5 January 2026 — launching our upgraded system for improved efficiency and customer experience.
Customer Support: Phone lines remain open; email sales@essentracomponents.co.uk for assistance.
Website Downtime: Temporarily offline from Friday 12 December until after go-live.

In the below image you can see an example of how products part numbers will be displayed on the website in the future. The ‘Manufacturer Part Number’ and the ‘Essentra Part Number’ (highlighted in the red boxes below) will both displayed on the page after we launch our new internal systems, other references to products will follow the same pattern for consistency.

As part of the new internal business systems we are launching, there is an opportunity to reassess the way we structure our customer numbers. We are implementing a new, more simplified numbering system, that means even more security and better linking between all our internal business systems.
