Snap Plugs, also known as Snap Fit Connectors, are made from Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) with a vibrant red appearance.

The LDPE plugs benefit from a simple snap fitting design that once pushed into position, a single turn gives a tight fit. The range also features options with a pull-tab for quick removal.

Each snap fit plug covers a range of different thread sizes and styles, including; Standard/JIC, Metric and BSP.

Our Square End Caps, also known as Square Tube Caps or Metal Tubing Caps, are designed to fit the most popular sizes of square tubular steel. A Square End Cap is an ideal finishing product for square tubes.

Our Square Caps range is available in Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).

Tapered Caps and Plugs made from Red and Blue Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). A versatile assembly that can be used as both a tapered cap or a tapered plug.

The tapered design allows the part to plug multiple inner diameters or cap multiple outside diameters. The Tapered Cap Plug protects the assembly against damage, dirt, moisture and corrosion during storage and shipping. The series has parts with a heavy duty design, which includes a rugged wall and seal rings for maximum protection.

To assure a proper fit;

• The tapered plugs outer diameter should be approximately 1% larger than the inner diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inch).
• The tapered caps inner diameter should be approximately 1% smaller than the outside diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inch).

Tear Tab Caps are a standard, off-the-shelf solution that will allow you to meet your customers demands without those all-too-common time delays.

Tear Tab Caps are quick-fit and quick-release caps. As a rapid solution, they can be easily fitted and removed across an array of applications, including: critical hydraulic tubes and pipes, such as those that carry oils and other fluids around vehicles and machineries. This makes them an ideal choice for the specialist vehicle manufacturing industry, and other automotive and manufacturing sectors.

Tear Tab Caps also assist in the protection of tube and pipe ends during transportation and storage. They protect parts from damage, dirt, moisture and other forms of ingress. These caps are highly versatile, and ideal for a range of applications and different threads, including; BSP, GAS, UNF, JIC and NPT.

Made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), the caps feature a simple tear-away tab for quick release and fast removal. The ease of extracting the Tear Tab Cap from the hydraulic pipework makes the removal process faster. By simply pulling the tab, the cap splits open, tearing away.

The LDPE material is tough and flexible. They provide many of the advantages of PVC caps, such as integrity and cleanliness.

These Quick Fit Threaded Protection Plugs protect threads and fittings from damage during production, storage, and shipment, ensuring that they remain in good condition and ready for use when needed. It conceals the initial thread of ordinary female threads. It is offered in either Silicone, a reusable high temperature resistant material, or EPDM, a reusable and cost-effective material with less heat but excellent chemical resistance.
