Cap Nuts, also known as a Blind Nut or a Crown Nut, is a nut that has a domed end on one side. The Domed Cap Nut is used to cover exposed threaded stud, rod and bolt ends with a dome-like cap. This offers protection and safety to the fastening assembly, while also creating a finished appearance to the exposed threaded end.

Wing Nuts, commonly known as Butterfly Nuts or a Wingnut, are a type of nut that similarly to Fly Nuts, have two thumb tabs (or wings) on either side of the nuts body. Our Pin Receptacle range has three different styles to choose from; Circle, Diamond and Oval Pin Receptacles. They feature a large flange, and allow for a blind hole to accommodate our standard Quick-Release Pins.
When your ball lock pin does not have a surface to lock against, these receptacles can be used as a permanent mating hole. The receptacle mounting hole size is 6-32, except when 1/2 inch, the diameter is 10-32.
