These expansion rivets can be set 'blind' without the need for access to the back of the panel. Set by pulling the mandrel head into the rivet body, expanding the rivet body and causing it to flare against the reverse side. When sufficient force is applied, the mandrel will snap at its break point. Installed with a pop rivet installation tool (not currently offered by Essentra). Particularly good for soft materials.
Mini Snap Rivets snap together easily by hand pressure to combine a set thickness. They are sold separately as the male and female version, where the male version determines the maximum panel thickness it can connect.
