A Snap Lock Pin, also known as a Push In Fastener Pin, creates an effective fast joint that is quick and easy to assemble; especially helpful for applications that do not allow screws and nuts to be used.
Snap Locks Pins are an ideal option for fixing connectors to Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) ahead of soldering. Additionally, they can also be used as a standard push fit panel fastener. They are easy to use, simply insert them into the panel hole and push down. They provide a clean and tidy finish.
This range features Snap Lock Pins with an arrowhead design, for a more secure hold and offering a wide clamping range.
Snap Lock Pins clip and lock easily into pre-punched holes, and they have excellent vibration, abrasion and corrosion resistance.
Mounting Button Push-In Rivets create a tight locking solution that mates two objects together. They are ideal for applications where metal fasteners cannot be used, such as electrical and PCB applications.
The tension wings help lock the rivet securely in place and cover a wider surface area. The rivet can only be removed from the underside of the board
Our range features two types. Type 1 snap-locks into a 0.156 inch diameter hole and Type 2 snap-locks into a 0.187 inch diameter hole.
Heat Sink Rivets are spring mounted. They are used to fasten a heat sink to a processor chip on a PCB. The metal spring provides continuous pressure to the heat sink until thermal adhesive cures.
Our range has two options. One has a Chrome Plated Steel spring and the other a Stainless Steel spring. The Stainless Steel option can also be installed using a cross head screwdriver.
Fir Tree Push-In Rivets, have ribbed shanks that are angled to slide into an assembly with ease, and prevent pull out. The fir tree design ensures fast and easy installation, while securely holding a range of materials, including; wood, metal, foam, rubber and plastics. When the rivets are pushed into a hole, the flexible ribs deflect and then spring back to lock securely in place.
Our comprehensive range includes options made from UL94 V2 rated Nylon 6/6, including Spin Clips that combine the advantages of a push-in fasteners with a screw. Also available are a selection made from UL94 V0 rated Nylon 6/6 that are removable from threaded holes using a Phillips (crossed) head screwdriver. Available in Black and Natural colors.
Our range extends to a selection of Polypropylene (PP) options that are ideal for threaded, non-threaded, drilled or punched holes, and are designed to be non-removable. Available in Black, Natural and Translucent options. The Translucent rivets are a great choice for Point of Purchase displays.
Push In Fasteners are an easy to use and quick fastening solution that is ideal for neatly and securely joining two parts together. Our range is made from Natural Nylon 6/6.
Nylon is a strong, tough and durable material often used for connecting elements and other technical components. Our Nylon Push Rivets provide an inexpensive, fast, and convenient method to join plastic, light sheet metal, insulating materials, circuit boards, or any other thin, lightweight material.
The Push-In Fasteners have specially designed legs that provide compression and expansion, helping to lock the fastener into pre-punched holes. They also have large heads for much easier assembly, and can be reused - making them an economical choice for your application.
Canoe Clips are a low-cost fastener, designed to work in the same way as a rivet or a screw. The design of these clips means they are easier to remove than other rivets. The range features a variety of styles, including those with a fully hollow anchor or those that have a partially hollow anchor.
Suitable for front panel mounting, these economical clips easily snap into round holes and cover a smaller surface area. They are ideal for securely holding a variety of materials in place, including both metals and plastics. No tools are required for installation - simply apply thumb pressure over the flat round-shaped head.
Our range offers good electric insulation, as well as vibration, abrasion and corrosion resistance. They can be used on electronic, automotive or machine applications. Canoe Clips insert neatly into panel holes, and are ideal for long-term signs and displays. They can be removed and reused on occasion; however, thanks to their extra firm grip, they are better suited to applications that do not change very often.
