Masking Tape Discs are used for a host of masking applications and come in a choice of material options.

7.3-Mil Crepe Tape with high-temperature Rubber adhesive provides a thick, pressure-sensitive tape that is easy to apply and remove with clean lines. This tape is best removed when warm or hot, but can also be removed when cold. Ideal for low-temperature paint and powder coating applications.

1-Mil Polyimide Film with Silicone adhesive has excellent heat and solvent resistance. It also has excellent dielectric strength (up to 6500 volts) and is highly conformable. Applications that these are ideally suited to, include; high-temperature processes, powder coating, soldering, electrical insulation and PC boards.

2-Mil Polyester Film with 1.4-Mil Silicone adhesive is an industry standard product. It also has excellent heat and solvent resistance and offers no shrinkage. Ideal applications include; powder coating, e-coating, plating and anodizing.

All tape and discs are supplied with a split-back liner for easy removal from the role. Cleanly removes after use without leaving behind unsightly residue.

  • Materials: Crepe 325F (163C), Polyimide 500F (260C) and Polyester 400F (204C)
