Nylon Flat Washers

Flat Washers for screws made from a variety of plastics. Also known as plain washers, these plastic washers are among the most commonly used. The flat washer helps evenly distribute the load of a fastener, such as a nut, whilst helping to reduce heat and friction during the process of tightening.
Our wide range features a vast array of sizes, with large plastic washers that are suitable for a number of metric threads. We also offer a choice of materials, including a core offering of nylon flat washers. The range is made from Nylon 6/6, with a flame resistance of UL94 V2, these nylon washers are resistant to corrosion and most chemicals.
Other plastic washers for sale include a clear Polycarbonate (PC) washer that offers high transparency. Also featured is a selection of hard plastic washers like Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) plastic washers, which provide excellent mechanical and chemical resistance. They are UL94 V0 rated and have a light brown appearance. Perhaps our Polypropylene (PP) flat washer is your washer of choice? Natural in appearance, this washer has good chemical and moisture resistance. We also stock a range of black plastic washers made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), which have moisture and abrasion resistance properties.
