Suitable for attaching cables to a panel. With barbed teeth on the strap, you can fasten cable bundles of up to 20mm in diameter. The adhesive element of the product has a shelf life of approximately 1 year from date of shipping when stored in the unopened original packaging, stored at room temperature and away from sunlight.
Flexible End Caps are made from flexible material that is able to stretch on to larger diameters for a snug fit. They provide protection to threads and non-threaded tips.
The cap features a hanging tab, which allows them to be used with wire hooks. They are an ideal solution for masking applications. The caps also benefit from acid resistance.
The stepped sleeve can be cut to your specific requirements, and can suit a range of cable diameters. They protect cables passing through panels and they act as a blanking plug until cut.
Fibre Strain Relief Boots protect wires and fibre cables from rough panel hole edges during installation and use. Very easy to install - no tools are needed.
These boots provide added protection to 900 micron fibre, while routing cables and wires through a hole. They also limit the angle of the fibre cable, which can help reduce signal loss. This is a huge time and cost-saving.
Fire Protection sleeves have excellent elasticity and are great for protecting or bundling hoses, tubes and cables in a variety of hostile environments. We have two styles of Firesleeve. Our basic Firesleeve that is assembled by sliding it over the end of the fitting or hose all the way until the hose assembly is covered, or our new style which has a hook and loop design that allows for easy installation and removal without having to disconnect the hose assembly. The insultation properties on both styles provide workers with effective protection against burns from hot hoses and reduces heat energy loss. They can withstand intense radiant heat and flame continuously up to 500 F or 3000 F for up to 30 seconds. They will immediately shed splash and can withstand repeated exposure to shed splash of molten steel, aluminum and glass.
These cable gland inserts are designed to fit inside a metric cable gland. They are available with a various number of holes that allow several cables to be led through it simultaneously. They provide excellent watertight protection for each wire. There is no need for a gland for each wire, which reduces the space that is needed.
Grommet Hole, also known as Hole Grommets, are intalled on the diameter edge of a panel hole or knockout. They protect passing wires, cables, tubes and hoses from damage caused by sharp edges and objects, and chaffing.
Our Hole Grommet range includes Rubber Hole Grommets made from Styrene Butadiene (SBR). The material has a tensile range of 30 to 100psi, and a temperature range between 225F to -50F. These Hole Grommets install instantly by simply and easily snapping into a hole. They benefit from excellent adhesion, and are designed to fit standard sheet metal holes.
Also available are Flexible Hole Grommets that are made from Standard and Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR), and Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE). The Standard PVC material is non-staining, and has resistance to ozone, acids, sunlight and has excellent aging qualities. The TPE options have a flame resistance rating of UL94 HB, with a temperature range from -58F up to 203F. They are also suitable for outdoor use in accordance with UL 746C.
