Push-Fit

Push-In Barrel plugs are general-purpose plugs built to cover and close a hole. These can be applied or removed quickly and have convexed sides designed to ensure a secure fit.

Full Face Flange Protectors have a simple push-in design. The design also features flexible fins that ensure a snug fit into the bore, every single time.

This flange protection requires no fasteners to assemble. It meets ANSI B16.5 Class 150 flanges, DIN2627 to 2638 and BS5504 ratings.

Ensure you select an appropriate protector by first measuring both the Outside Diameter and Bolt Circle Diameter of your flange.

A plug specially designed for the plugging of NPT tapered threaded fittings.

The tapered design means the product is able to plug multiple inside diameters - making it highly versatile. In order to assure a proper fit; the plug dimension should be approximately one percent larger than the inside diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inches).

Raised-face Flange Protectors have a simple push-in design for easy fitting. They feature flexible fins that ensure a snug fit into the bore, every single time.

These flange protectors protect raised face against dirt, moisture, paint and sandblasting. They require no fasteners for fitting.

Part fits 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 250 pound (lb) flanges. Suitable for ANSI and DIN flanges.
