Body Plugs, or Body Panel Plugs, are a type of hope plug made from Black Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE). They are used in sheet metal to protect against sharp edges, and they are ideal for closing panel cavities.
Each size covers a range of panel thicknesses, and they are designed to fit standard metric holes. The TPE material is very resistant to oils, acids and alkalies, and is resistant to temperatures up to 203F (95C).
Driveshaft Protection Caps are used for the protection and masking of driveshaft, and the surrounding bearings, from oil and an array of chemicals.

SAE J518 Split-Flange Covers help protect machined surfaces on split flanged connections. They feature an internal-locking bead design that provides a secure fit, that requires no fasteners.
Manufactured in a natural translucent Polyethylene, so that the O-Ring assembled on the flange remains visible through the cap.
The range includes two series options. The Q Series are used on SAE Code 61 3000 PSI high pressure flanges. The HP Series are used on SAE Code 62 6000 PSI high pressure flanges.
Ensure you select an appropriate protector by first measuring both the Outside Diameter and Bolt Circle Diameter of your flange.
Studded Flange Protector provides full-face coverage and bore protection for high pressure applications. The lugs insert securely into the flange bolt holes for a positive fit.
Manufactured from a cost-effective material that has good chemical resistance. The range has options that offer protection for SAE Code 61 (3000 to 5000 PSI) and SAE Code 62 (6000 PSI).
