The second style has a wide flange design that provides a postitive seal and easy removal. It comes in 2 materials. Silicone, which is a premium masking material due to its high-temp rating, chemical resistance and reusability. EPDM, which is a more economical solution with reduced heat resistance. All items can be used in Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating, Anodizing, Blasting, or general paint lines.

Masking Tapered plugs are available as a solid plug or with a hollow core to aid in the compression to fit threaded or unthreaded holes.
