Nylon Grommet Nuts

Grommet Nuts provide a low cost positive connection to thin gage materials, like sheet metal as well PCB applications, as an alternative to using a standard nut. Our range is made from Nylon 6/6. Also known as a Nylon Screw Grommet; our range has a UL94 V-2 flame resistance rating and is natural in appearance.

Our grommet nut offer features Closed Grommet Nuts, and Square Head Grommet Nuts, which are suitable for round or square holes. The Nylon Grommet insulates areas of assembly from electrical and thermal transfer. Nylon Grommet Nuts provide corrosion and vibration resistance and mount with a self-tapping screw. A nylon grommet eliminates the need for a nut and they are great for blind mounting.
