It is used to secure flat ribbon cables in place and prevent them from shifting or moving out of position, which can help to reduce the risk of damage or interference. It is durable and ensures longevity and resistance to wear and tear.
The clamp's two parts click together effortlessly to give a solid hold on the cable, allowing for a faster installation. The base and tension-locking cover are sold separately. More than one cover can be mounted on base for strain relief by doubling back the cable and secureing with a second cover.
The adhesive element of the product has a shelf life of approximately 1 Year from date of shipment; when stored in the original unopened packaging, at room temperature and away from sunlight.
