Masking Tape - Rolls

Masking Tapes are used for a hose of masking applications and come in a choice of material options.

Woven Fibreglass (glass cloth) with Silicone adhesive is ideal for powder coating, e-coating, plating, anodizing and high-temperature processes.

7.3-Mil Crepe with high-temperature Rubber adhesive is a thick, pressure-sensitive masking tape that is easy to apply and remove with clean lines. Best removed when warm or hot, but it can also be removed when cold. Ideal for low-temperature liquid and powder coating applications.

1-Mil Polyimide Film with Silicone adhesive has excellent heat and solvent resistance. It also has dielectric strength (up to 6500 volts) and is highly conformable. It cleanly removes in one-piece after use. Ideal for high-temperature processes, powder coating, soldering, electrical insulation and PC board applications.

2-Mil Polyester Film with Silicone adhesive is an industry standard product with excellent heat and solvent resistance, and no shrinkage. Does not leave behind unsightly residue and removes in one-piece. Applications include; powder coating, e-coating, plating and anodizing.

Silicone on a Myar Film tape is form-fitting, making it an excellent solution for odd shapes. It creates a waterproof seal after 24-hour self-bonding cure. It has excellent electrical properties, with a dielectric strength of 300 VPM per minute at 356F. Suitable applications include high-temperature cures and all coating applications.
