Gas LPG Cylinder Caps & Plugs

Our range of push fit Gas Cylinder caps guarantee protection against ingress and dirt. These tamper evident caps are made from LDPE and available with or without the vent flap. To prevent gas leaks we stock LPG Gas Caps made from black LDPE. These gas cylinder seal caps provide a quality rubber seal to gas cylinders and perform well under pressure when it comes to extreme temperatures and elements.

These Yellow Low-Density Polyethylene Gas Cylinder Valve Caps are developed in conjunction with major European gas companies. They protect industrial gas valves from ingress of dust and dirt. They are tamper evident, reducing potential risks. There is variation in the design with a vent flat to allow safe release of gas. Our range is available in a selection of sizes to suit your application requirements.

Black Low-Density Polyethylene LPG Caps that have been developed with the LPG industry. They help prevent dangerous gas leaks and meet LP Gas Association Code of Practice 15: Part 2.

The part design incorporate a strap to help prevent loss and for ease of replacement.

Test Pressure:

  • Propane/mixes (type 1 & 2) 26 bar
  • Butane (type 3) 26 bar

Independently tested to withstand these pressures, while providing a gas-tight seal, even under extreme temperatures and adverse conditions.
