Sliding Clamps - for Slotted Hole

Sliding Clamps are used to quickly place, lock, release, and adjust sliding bars in applications. It is made up of two interlocking parts that give a firm hold on the equipment while also allowing for simple adjustment and alignment. A bolt or a latch mechanism can be used to open and shut the sliding clamps.

Sliding Clamps for slotted holes when used with a scale plate, the reading line on the sliding clamp enables quick, easy and accurate alignment. It is fixedly placed in an assembly for further stability. They are only suitable for straight linear movement of a sliding bar (not supplied) and cannot withstand any other applied stresses.

These are widely used in a wide range of industrial applications, including automotive, construction, and medical devices. They are resistant to temperatures of up to 90C .

  • Material: Body made of die-cast zinc, chrome plated.
  • Grip made of polyamide plastic (black or orange), or stainless steel SUS304.
  • Clamping shaft/wedge made of stainless steel.
  • Ball plunger made of polyacetal.
  • Max. static load up to 500N.

Sliding Clamps for solid round bars are used to quickly place, lock, release, and adjust solid round bars in applications. It is mounted for a better stability, in a fixed position in the assembly.

Sliding Clamps can be for slotted holes for a solid sliding or for solid round bar. It pulls the spindle by the inner spring with 70N force to prevent chattering of the spindle. They are only suitable for straight linear movement of a solid round bar (not supplied) and cannot withstand any other applied stresses.

These are widely used in a wide range of industrial applications, including automotive, aerospace, and medical devices. It has teeth inside and it engages at every 7.2 (=360/ 50).

Sliding Clamps for solid sliding bars are used to quickly place, lock, release, and adjust sliding bars in applications. It is mounted for a better stability, in a fixed position in the assembly.

Sliding Clamps can be for slotted holes for a solid sliding or for solid round bar. With the clamp at its off position the sliding bar can be moved left or right, with two spring loaded ball plungers provide for free movement of bar. It can be looked in place, through a 90 degree turn of the sliding clamp's handle. They are only suitable for straight linear movement of a solid sliding bar (not supplied) and cannot withstand any other applied stresses.
