Bushings, Grommets & Rubber Stops
(4 product groups)
Our range of anti-vibration grommets and bushings all share the same role of providing effective vibration absorption and noise reduction. Dependant on your projects and applications, our range includes: Anti-Vibration Grommets – they act as buffer, absorbing vibrations in addition to reducing noise and provide protection from forces often generated during compression and sealing processes, making these a durable solution for eliminating the movement in stationary machinery. Common applications and industries that require the use of anti-vibration grommets are aerospace, construction, electronics and transportation to healthcare industries. Rubber Stops have a varied list of uses, hence the amount of applications and industries in which they are used. Rubber stoppers are designed to provide a better seal compared to some other stoppers, and the rubber material is soft and pliable, making these resilient components long lasting. Rubber stops are often used as bumpers, vibration mounts and as door stoppers. Rubber Bushings are a cost effective, durable solution when it comes to isolating vibrations, reducing the shock of transmissions and noise that’s transmitted from the objects and parts in which they are attached or placed. The main purpose of a rubber bushing is to serve as an interface between two parts. It acts as a buffer and absorbs the energy that is produced between the interaction of the two objects in which they are attached. Common industries and applications in which rubber bushings are used include the automotive industry in vehicle suspension systems.
Acting as a buffer and absorbing vibrations, our spacers and vibration mount standoffs, are suitable for applications where movement in stationary machinery is unavoidable. These products are also designed to help with noise reduction. Made from black Neoprene Rubber, 60 Shore. Finished with clear dichromate plating. Can withstand temperatures from -40 to 50 ºC.
These philips head shoulder screws are meant to be used in conjunction with the VG series vibration grommets. Other ranges that are customers browse when buying Philips Head Shoulder screws are Standard Hex Nuts – available in both metal and plastic.
