Hole Plugs

Banjo Union plugs prevent damage, dirt, moisture and corrision during storage and shipping of Banjo Unions. Used on Banjo Union DIN 7642 B/E.

Parallel Protection plugs for masking are made from a TPE material which is highly resistant to shredding and ideal for threaded applications. Also, this material has a good resistance to acids often used to remove rust from metal before any type of painting or powder coating operation is performed.

Push-In Barrel plugs are general purpose plugs built to cover and close a hole. These can be applied or removed quickly and has a convexed sides design to ensure a secure fit.

A plug specially designed for the plugging of NPT tapered threaded fittings.

The tapered design means the product is able to plug multiple inside diameters - making it highly versatile. In order to assure a proper fit; the plug dimension should be approximately one percent larger than the inside diameter of the part (minimum of 0.020 inches).

USB and RJ Dust covers are used to protect and stop the entry from dirt and moisture for unused connector ports. No stress applied to the adapter's internal components upon entry. Silicone material also works well with higher temp applications.
