Its tapered shape creates a tight seal when placed into a threaded hole. It is corrosion-resistant and appropriate for BSP/Gas Threads.
It is easy to install and remove from the application using a straight screwdriver, hex key or wrench. It can withstand temperatures from -30C to +90C. Used frequently in hydraulic and pneumatic systems and the automotive and general engineering sectors.
