Push Fit End Caps

Push Fit End Caps are a simple and economical way of protecting metric and UNF threads during painting, assembly, and transportation.

Manufactured from a soft, durable TPE that provides a better grip, and a tight fit. Easy to install and remove.

Commonly used in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial applications.

  • Suitable metric and UNF threads.
  • Protects pipe ends from damage. Keeps dirt and debris out.
  • Can operate in temperatures ranging from -60 C up to 135 C.

Round Tube Inserts

Round Tube Inserts and Glides provide a finished look and offer protection to the end of round tubing, poles or posts. Two designs available; ribbed for maximum grip that can be used on multiple tube guages or with a plain shank that can fit on one tube guage specifically, giving you a step lead for easy installation.

A selection of different types and styles are available:

  • Lightweight Round Inserts are simple to assemble and have a high-quality finish. The imperial range has a plain shank, whereas the metric range has a ribbed shank.
  • Tube end inserts made from low-density polyethene are knurled for a snug fit and to protect against sharp tube edges.
  • Standard round inserts are grooved for ease of installation, a secure fit, and to conceal sharp edges.
  • Round domed inserts offer a nice finishing touch for high-quality tubular items.

Typically used in furniture and industrial equipment applications. The versatility of materials, finishes and colours provides a choice to maximize the aesthetical appearance and premium fit for your application. It is advised to choose a coloured option to improve the asthetical appearance of your finished project, as it will blend with the paint and provide a pleasing visual finish.
