High-security Bolt Seal is ideal for securing goods during import and export. Features an 18mm insert and pin head that ensures the seal stays engaged, even if the plastic cover is removed. The seal is ISO 17712:2013 compliant (coated pin) and C-TPAT certified.

How to Install;
Cables are placed in the centre of the clamp. The hinged top is then placed over the cables. The legs of the clamps are then inserted into two panel holes. The top is secured using two screws self-tapping screws. As the screws are engaged, the clamp legs expands and holds the clamp in place. There is no requirement for a nut, which means the bottom side of the board does not need to be accessed.
The hinged top is adjustable and can therefore be easily released, by simply removing the screws. This allows for hassle-free maintenance, removal and re-routing of cable bundles.

To Install;
1. Loop the cable through the item to be sealed
2. Insert the cable through the locking chamber
3. Pull the cable all the way through the body, until the item is tightly sealed. - then pull at the body to ensure the seal is locked
4. Remove seal with the appropriate cable cutters (sold separately).
