Adhesive Raised Face Flange Protectors

Raised-face Flange Protectors are adhesive backed and feature an easy peel and stick design. The special adhesive bonds securely and will not leave behind residue under normal application conditions.

Shaped like a disc, the protects provide full flange face protection. The range is suitable for DIN and ANSI flange specifications. They are available with holes for internal bore sand blasting and have a standard thickness of 1.5 mm.

They discs are ozone and weather resistant, as well as offering resistance to petrol, oil and non-oxidisation acids. They are also able to withstand temperatures from -15C up to +70C.

Requires no fasteners.

Flange Protection Discs are easy to fit. The disc has four pre-punched holes, through which cable ties can be easily attached for a secure fit. When needed other fastening products such as retainer plugs, pins and washers can also be applied.

These protective discs provide cost-effective full face protection for a flanges exposed sealing surface. They have a special design with multiple holes to match the flanges bolt hole diameter and bolt circle.

Lift and Turn Cam Latches (Locks) that have a simple lift and turn operation and compression action. They are easily assembled using a bracket or snap-in fixing.

These latches benefit from a low profile handle that stows away when not in use. It also features straight-forward grip adjustment for added convenience. The range is available in several style options that have a host of unique properties. Lift and Turn Cam Latches can be used in a host of indoor and outdoor applications that include, but are not limited to; electrical panels, machine covers, railway and construction equipment.

Also known as plain washers, they are the most commonly used washer type. Flat washers do not have a locking function, but instead are applied as protection for mating surfaces, from damage. Our rubber washers, which are often used by manufactures for spacing, buffing, sealing and for locking purposes, provide ideal support to threaded fasteners, particularly in the construction industry. These durable flat rubber washers have excellent anti-vibration and shock absorbing properties, whilst also helping to seal fluids and other liquid connections - and offer superior insulation, particularly within electronic assemblies.
