PVC Storage & Transit Protection End Caps

Driveshaft Protection Caps protect the ends of exposed driveshafts from oil and chemicals, during transportation and storage. They are resistant to ripping and splitting.

• Driveshaft Protection Caps are used for the protection and masking of driveshaft, and the surrounding bearings, from oil and an array of chemicals.

Flanged Caps are designed for easy assembly and removal, either with automated equipment or by hand. Typically used to protect metric or imperial threads, with or without O-Rings. The larger flange allows for faster application and removal when using it by hand.

For the purpose of quality control; the natural coloured caps allow you to see through the cap and check whether the O-ring is installed, or not installed, on the protected fitting.

Flexible End Caps with acid resistance are designed to seal and protect the ends of pipes, tubes and fittings. Features a hanging tab that allows them to be used with wire hooks. More acid resistant and can stretch for a tight fit.

Stud Protection Caps are used to protect BSP and UNF threads. Designed with a small flange to allow the operator to tighten it with a socket spanner without having to remove the cap.

It increases protection against contaminants and limits wasted time during repetitive operations. It also allow economical handling.

Tube End Caps offer ideal protection for threaded or non-threaded tubing, pipes and rods. Standard, short and long caps are available. The short versions are for general purpose closure and the long versions have an extra depth and feathered edge that ensure a tight fit. The design of these longer caps helps to prevent accidental displacement. Tube End Caps serve the same purpose as Heat Shrink End Caps but do not shrink when heated during the application process. They are UV and weather resistant, making them ideal outdoor applications.
