Easy Pull Masking Caps are intended for masking parts during anodising, blasting, powder coating, e-coating, plating, and ordinary paint applications. Available in a variety of materials with a wide range of benefits. Silicone is a high-quality masking substance that can withstand high temperatures. EPDM is a less expensive compound that is less heat resistant.

• Easy Pull Masking Caps provide optimum protection for end tip profiles, such as rods, pipes and tubes during manufacturing processes.

• Typical applications include; anodizing, blasting, powder coating, e-coating, plating and general paint lines.

• To ensure the best possible fit, the inside diameter dimension should be approximately 10 percent smaller than the outside diameter of the part being masked.

This range of high temperature masking plugs features Silicone Rubber Tapered Plugs, EPDM Tapered Plugs and other Tapered Rubber Plugs made from Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR).

This extensive range of Tapered Plugs is available as a solid plug or with a hollow core, to aid in compression. Solid and hollow core options are available in our EPDM and High Temperature Silicone Plugs ranges. The hollow centre provides a cost-effective solution for larger sizes. The hollow design is more flexible than solid plugs, and allows for easier application.

Our Tapered Rubber Plug range features Univesal Plugs made from TPR. The tapered plug is designed to mask holes without masking the surrounding areas, and a pull tab allows for easy installation and removal. Suitable for temperatures up to 125C.

High temperature Washer Plugs are designed to mask the surface around a threaded or plain hole, with an integrated washer and plug that function as a single item. Easy to install and remove; they ensure a snug fit and secure seal to prevent leakage or contamination. Capable of withstanding temperatures of up to 250C.

Vinyl End Caps, commonly known as Flexicaps or PVC End Caps. A round cap that protects the outside diameter of threaded or non-threaded tubes, rods, pipes or paper tubes. The vinyl material can stretch on to larger dimensions for a tight fit without tearing, splitting or shredding.

These round vinyl end caps include a red flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) 60 Shore version, which is made from softer and more flexible material that allows for easy fitting. The bright red colour offers high visibility, thus reducing health and safety risks. Also included is a black PVC 80 Shore version that is more rigid than the red option. Also available is a glossy, dip-moulded round end tip that has a smooth finish. Durable round plastic end caps for round tubing are ideal product presentation and protection.

These vinyl caps provide a high-gloss, attractive finish making them ideal for use as decorative end caps. The flexibility and durability allows suitable fit for multiple applications. They can be used as a mask for coating, plating and paint applications, where the maximum temperature is not higher than 350F.
