Vented screws are fasteners with a hole drilled through the middle that allow gases trapped at the bottom of a blind threaded hole to escape through the core and provide airflow within an application. The screws are a common option for HV and UHV systems because their centre vent feature reduces virtual leakage from high vacuum systems.

This range of Vented Shoulder Screws features a cap head with a hexagonal drive. Hexagonal drives are suitable for precision assembling and when there is limited surface area and the precision shoulder allows accurate assembly. They are made from Stainless Steel.

  • The shoulder feature of these screws provides additional surface area for improved grip.
  • Vented design allows for controlled airflow, making them ideal for applications where proper ventilation is crucial.
  • Suited for sealed enclosures, housings, and machinery.
