Single Universal Joints

These Single Universal Joints are used when rotational mobility and flexibility between misaligned shafts are required. It transmits torque and rotation between two non-aligned shafts while accommodating angular misalignment.

They are meant to transmit torque and change length while allowing for slight angular misalignments between the input and output shafts. Furthermore, the drive speed of universal joints with journal bearings is available for 1000 rpm and 4000 rpm. Designed to endure large loads and provide consistent performance in harsh conditions.

Available with simple or needle roller bearings that are lubricated for life and require no maintenance. On request, keyed bores or square bores can be provided. It can bend up to 45 degrees per joint, and are precise, silent and smooth running. It may be installed and removed into the application using specific tools. Typical applications include industrial machinery, and conveyor systems.
