Long Centre Flanged Linear Ball Bushings are used in linear motion applications to provide smooth and precise movement along a linear axis. The flange in the centre allows for easy mounting and the increased length offers greater load carrying capabilities. Composed of a housing with a row of 4-6 round ball circuits housed in a cage.

It has low friction for reduced wear, plus they can withstand heavy loads as the ball bearings distribute the load evenly across the bushing, minimizing stress concentration and extending the system's service life. It has seals which also helps to protect the internal components of the bearing from dust and dirt.

It can withstand temperatures from -20C to +80C and is ideal for applications such as automation systems, food packaging machines, and manufacturing processes.
