The Anu-Lok Cap Head Shoulder Screws feature a cylindrical shoulder that distinguishes the screws head from its threaded section. This shoulder is precisely machined to serve as a bearing surface for the screw head.
These screws utilise Anu-Lok 180 (AnuLok), a reusable nylon patch that works like a nylon nut. During installation, the nylon patch contracts to fill the gap within the threads, creating a holding mechanism that prevents the screw from detaching due to vibrations or mechanical stress.
Equipped with a hexagonal socket head, these screws can be easily tightened or loosened using a hexagonal wrench or key.
