Nylon Flange Nuts

Flange Nuts feature a wide flange at one end, offering a combined washer function. This design provides even distribution of the nut over the component being secured. Thus reducing the risk of damage, with less likelihood of loosening caused by an uneven surface.

Our range is made of natural Nylon 6/6, with a UL94 V2 flame resistance. We have a choice of styles including imperial and metric Hex Flange Nuts, and Self-Threading Lock Nuts. These lock nuts are designed for use with steel bolts. Threads are created when assembled to ensure a secure fit.

  • Ideal for applications with vibration and movement
  • Resistant to corrosion, oil, abrasion and most chemicals.
