Beschermpluggen met schroefdraad - Brede flens

Wide Flange Threaded Protection Plugs shield threads and fittings from damage and contaminants during production, storage and shipment. The nitrile gasket ensures a leak-tight seal against the mating surface. The wide flange prevents paint flakes from entering the hole upon removal. Schroefkappen met pakking

Threaded Sealing Caps are designed for use with BSP and Gas Threads protect threads and fittings from damage during production, storage and shipping. Features an interior neoprene rubber sealing disc that limits fluid leakage and reduces possible shear. Used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • The cap is fitted with an internal neoprene rubber sealing disk to limit fluid leakage, plus it reduces potential shearing.
  • It is easy to install and remove by hand, but its hex head allows the plug to be applied or removed with a spanner or socket at low torque.

Schroefpluggen met pakking

Schroefpluggen met pakkingen zijn bedoeld om een strakke en veilige afdichting tot stand te brengen die voorkomt dat stof, vuil of andere ongewenste componenten binnendringen. De toevoeging van een pakking (sluitring) verbetert de afdichtingsmogelijkheden, waardoor een extra beschermlaag ontstaat tegen lekken en onzuiverheden.

Schroefpluggen zijn eenvoudig te installeren en te verwijderen uit de toepassing met behulp van een rechte schroevendraaier, inbussleutel of moersleutel. Ze kunnen temperaturen weerstaan van -30C tot +90C.

Vaak gebruikt in hydraulische en pneumatische systemen, automotive en algemene engineeringsectoren.
