Plastic Industrial Hinges

Continuous plastic hinges are available which can be fixed with rivets, screws, nails or clamps. They have a strong chemical resistance to oil, solvents and sea water and a tensile resistance of 180N/cm. They boast a wide temperature range and are supplied in 15.25 rolls with 3 different colour options available

Clear Plastic Leaf Hinges or Flat Hinges are used for light weight support in application where no stress will be put on the screw fixing holes and angle rotation.

Countersunk Mount Leaf Hinges are a general purpose hinge that is suitable for a range of applications, and can be surface mounted on plain and flush mount doors.

The range offers different formats of countersunk holes depending on the strength of the support required by the application, as well as a choice of leaf shape styles and mounting hole quantities. Different rotation angles are available.

A choice of material choices are available to suit the environment demand of the application, including indoor and outdoor exposure.

A range of Leaf Hinges that have a through-hole mount design and features a cover plate. The cover protects the screws used to mount the hinge, as well as offering a more visually pleasing appearance.

The hinge provides up to 5mm of adjustment and has either a 165 or a 180 degree maximum hinge rotation. These leaf hinges allow for easy and quick door removal.

These Adjustable Torque Hinges articulate and hold the panel in position, thus eliminating the need for a gas strut or lid stay. The torque value can be adjusted by turning the inbuilt screw and the range can be found in different materials, finishes and fixing types.

The torque value is fixed to a specific value, requiring no adjustment along it's lifecycle and the range includes hinges made from a variety of materials and different fixed torque values, including detent hinges.
