T-Bolt Hose Clamps

The range of T-Bolt Hose Clamps conforms to a DIN 3017 standard. They are designed for the securing or pipes and hoses at high pressures and consist of a strong construction with full bushings. The AISI 304/W4 version has a band with rolled up edges to prevent cutting into the hose. The bridge, solid rings and 3 weld points ensure strength with increased safety and the raised screw head facilitates tightening. The C7 hexagonal head allows standard tools to be used for fitting and removal

Worm Drive Hose Clamps

The range of Worm-Drive Hose clamps consists of 2 styles of clamp. A 9mm band width which has a recommended maximum tightening torque of 3.0Nm and a 12mm band width which has a recommended tightening torque of 5.0Nm. They are solid bands which offer better hose protection than a perforated alternative. It's made from a spot-welded house and the C7 hexagonal head allows standard tools to be used for fitting and removal. The AISI 304/W4 version has a stamped rather than perforated band with rolled up edges to avoid hose distortion when clamping a flexible rubber hose
