These Wire saddles have a snap rivet mount hole, suitable for a rivet with 3.6-3.7mm diameter. This style is locking to hold wires in place securely.
A PCB circuit board support pillar with a rivet locking action and an arrowhead design.
A PCB circuit board support pillar with a rivet locking action and a stud design.
Screw or Rivet Mount Cable Tie Mounts are applied by an easy screw fixing and give maximum stability to a wire bundle. There are a number of different types and colours available
These innovative spacers are mounted to the panel with a rivet that is designed into the part. As you push the head of the spacer down, the legs expand locking it into place. They are available in 13 metric spacer lengths in a UL94 V-2 rated nylon.
These Wire saddles have a snap rivet mount hole, suitable for a rivet with 3.6-3.7mm diameter. This style is non-locking, meaning that your wires can be removed and replaced easily.
A PCB circuit board support pillar with a rivet locking action and a bayonet nose design.
Quarter Turn Fasteners engage receptacles and are fastened by turning the stud about 90 degrees - a process known as a 'quarter-turn rotation'. The fastener provides a predictable holding force and offers a detent in locked position that resists opening in error. A solution that is quick, but secure in its assembly. They are a fast fastener that provide a permanent mounting solution. An ideal choice, suitable for security panels and components that need to be replaced in a hurry.
To install and remove; Use a flat-head screwdriver or a coin and give the fastener a quarter-turn. This releases the bottom panel while retaining the fastener in the removable panel. Alternatively, drive the plunger into the grommet with a hammer that locks two panels together.
Our range of Quarter Turn Fasteners is available in a choice of materials, including; Acetal Co-Polymer, Acetal RMS-14, Nylon 6/6 and Polyamide.
Key Hole Clips have a hollow interior that is shaped like a key hole. This design allows the clip to collapse more completely for easy finger-pressure assembly. The tapered, bullet-style point of the rivet clip helps guide into a panel.
These clips provide good electrical insulation. They also have resistance to vibration, abrasion and corrosion - making them a durable and cost-effective fastening solution. Available for a range of hole diameters and panel thicknesses.
These Push-in mount cable ties offer fast installation and also have the added support of tension wings.
Push-in Plugs, also known as bungs, are a practical choice for blanking a wide range of holes or bores during transportation, the painting process, or on a finished product. Designed to shield the handler from rough surfaces caused by cut holes and internal threads, these plugs can also mask and shield the handler from rough surfaces caused by cut holes and internal threads. The plugs can also mask and shield holes during a low-temperature painting procedure.
It is simple to install and uninstall with a single push and protects against damage, dirt, moisture, and corrosion. Used in various applications, including medical, automotive, food and beverage, and industrial machinery.
These push-in spacers are designed to support heavily loaded circuit boards. No through hole is required in the board which allows for easy access to the underside of the board. These have a flanged base to keep them steady
These metric push-in spacers are designed to support heavily loaded circuit boards. No through hole is required in the board which allows for easy access to the underside of the board. These have a flanged base to keep them steady
These Push-in Cable Blanking Plugs are used to protect against sharp edges at the end of a pneumatic tube or hose and to offer waterproof protection for spare apertures to be closed. It keeps dust, dirt, and other impurities out and is highly resistant to corrosion and wear.
It is IP97-compliant and accommodates typical Metric and PG sizes. They give a clean finish and a rapid solution and are available in various sizes to accommodate hole diameter and panel thickness.
Simple to install and remove thanks to the push fit into the application. Suitable for a wide range of sheet metal industry applications, including electrical panels, control cabinets, and junction boxes.
Hook & Loop Cable Tie Mounts secure hook & loop cable ties when screwed onto a panel. These zip tie holders are available with mounting holes to fit two different screw sizes
Full Face Flange Protectors have a simple push-in design. Ideal for sandblasting applications.
Suitable for all wall thickness and cover raised face only. This flange protection requires no fasteners to assemble. It meets ANSI Class 150 and 2500 ratings.
Continuous plastic hinges are available which can be fixed with rivets, screws, nails or clamps. They have a strong chemical resistance to oil, solvents and sea water and a tensile resistance of 180N/cm. They boast a wide temperature range and are supplied in 15.25 rolls with 3 different colour options available
Sheet Edge Inserts provide strong threads for metal sheets that are too thin to be tapped. They are fastened to the edges of thin sheets and are a good alternative to self-clinching inserts.
To Install;
1. Install insert notch into the side of the panel opening
2. Rotate spring leg of insert toward the panel. This compresses the spring leg, allowing it to pass through the notch in the panel
3. Leg will snap back to its normal position, securing the insert into the panel.
Please Note: The internal thread requires a screwdriver for installation.
The insert can be removed after installation, by simply pinching the spring legs together and rotating.
A range of U-shaped nuts that are edge mounted. They easily slide on to the edges of thin sheet materials and panels.
These nuts can be used as an alternative solution to threaded inserts and clinch fasteners. They are available in a choice of different mounting styles to suit your project needs, including; panel edge mounting, edge to edge panel corner mounting and edge to edge panel mounting.
Thread sizes include M5 and M6.
Screw or Rivet Mount Cable Tie Mounts are applied by an easy screw fixing and give maximum stability to a wire bundle
These Mounting Cable Ties are surface-mounted and are perfect for securing metal or timber panels. They have a moulded attaching head and a self-locking mechanism that maintains a secure and tight hold on wires, preventing them from slipping or becoming tangled.
It is simple to install and remove because it has a clamp and bracket all in one, which speeds up the assembly process. They are available in screw-in, push-in, snap-in, rivet or adhesive mounting options. Used in numerous industries, including electrical, telecommunications, and automotive.
The Tension Clamps are ideal for holding cables securely and in place. With one end suitable for mounting with a screw or rivet, these clamps are quick fitting.
Suitable for wire bundles from 3.5-12mm and with anti-rotation holes. This Hinged Twist Lock has a push rivet fastening for quick-fitting to your application.
Screw-On Feet prevent surface damage with anti-skid and scratch-resistant properties. These feet can be fastened with a screw bolt or rivet to secure the foot in place and protect surfaces.
