Cable Entry System Grommets are a tool-free entry and connecting technology for machines and equipment. Available in a selection of sizes, most of the range are open and feature a slot and bore. A closed option that does not have a slot and bore is also available. Made from Black TPE TPV, these grommets have an IP65 protection grade. They are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -30C up to 100C. An accompanying Cable Entry System Plate is available to purchase separately.

Available in a choice of material options, including; UL94 V2 rated natural Nylon 6/6 with a continuous working temperature of 80C or Black Silicone Rubber with a 65 Shore A hardness rating and a continuous working temperature of 180C. All dimensions reflect the product in an installed state.

Screw Grommets provide a quick, positive securing of panels or PCBs. The tightened screw provides a secure lock as the legs expand and they are recommended for securing heavy PCB components.

Grommet Nuts are intended to provide a reliable and durable fastening solution. The nut features a flanged base with a central hole that fits over a grommet. It is designed to snap into a pre-punched square hole and is used with a screw to connect numerous panels. The grommet serves as reinforcement, evenly dispersing the load and preventing the nut from pushing through or harming the surrounding material.

It is simple to install and remove by simply inserting it. Once in the hole, the grommet stretches and holds the material, ensuring a snug fit without using extra equipment.
