Unverlierbare Schrauben Schrauben

 (8 Produktgruppen)

Was sind unverlierbare Schrauben?

Captive Thumb Screws - Low Head with Slot

Auf Lager In Produktion

This range of Captive Thumb Screws features a low head with a slotted drive. Slotted drives accept standard blade screwdrivers and require less downward pressure to drive parts, than those with recessed openings. An appropriately fitted blade should be used to minimise slippage.

These screws are an ideal fitting solution for panels with non-threaded holes. They are used to comply with the Machinery Detective 2006/42/EC. They are commonly used with Threaded Captive Washers (sold separately).

Captive Screws - Pan Head

Auf Lager In Produktion

This range of Captive Screws have a pan head with two options: one with a Torx drive and one with a Philips drive. On the one hand, Screws with Torx drive provide a positive, quick engagement that transmits torque with less downward pressure. In contrast, screws Philips drive can withstand high torque, making them a good choice for applications requiring a tight fit and making the screw easy to remove, even if it has been driven in tightly. They both offer an excellent fastening appearance, ideal for finished product presentation.

These screws are an ideal fitting solution for panels with non-threaded holes. The M8 sizes have a reduced Torx, while the M3, M4, M5, and M6 sizes have a Philips drive. They are used to comply with the Machinery Detective 2006/42/EC - generally to ISO 14583. Captive Screws are commonly used with Threaded Captive Washers (sold separately).

Captive Screws - Button Head

Auf Lager In Produktion

Captive Screws are fasteners designed to remain attached to the component they are securing, even when fully loosened, providing convenience, security and ease of use in a variety of applications. They are a popular choice for applications where screws need to be removed frequently or where safety is a concern, as these screws will stay firmly in place and will not loosen from the assembly.

This range of Captive Screws has a button head and a Torx drive. Torx drives provide a positive-engaging, fast-locating technique for transmitting drive torque with less necessary downward pressure. They are an excellent fitting option for panels with non-threaded holes when used in conjunction with our threaded captive washers. They are used to comply with Machinery Detective 2006/42/EC - typically to ISO 14583, which requires fasteners to stay attached to fixed guards or applications when they are removed.

The screws are made from Stainless Steel, which is corrosion resistant and slightly magnetic, and you can find a group of screws with a blackened finish and others without. These screws are commonly used in electronics, industrial machinery, cabinets, panels and medical devices. Please keep in mind that because these screws have a smaller shank diameter, they should not be tightened to the suggested torque for an identical screw with the same thread size.

Captive Screws - Countersunk

Auf Lager In Produktion

Captive Screws are secure joint fasteners designed to remain attached to the component they are installed in, even when fully loosened, providing convenience, security and ease of use in a variety of applications. They are a popular choice for applications where screws need to be removed frequently or where safety is a concern, as these screws will stay firmly in place and will not loosen from the assembly.

This range of Captive Screws features a countersunk head and hexagonal drive. Hexagonal drives are ideal for precision assembly and are used where less surface area is available. They are used to comply with Machinery Detective 2006/42/EC - in general, ISO 1207, which requires fasteners to stay attached to fixed guards or applications when they are removed.
