Push In Glides, or Tube Inserts, are commonly used at the base of tubular products like chair legs. The push-fit glide provides protection, not just for the assembly, but more importantly for the surface below. Ideal protection for wooden, carpeted and other floor surfaces.
Our Push-In Glide range has a wide range of material options to choose from, including but not limited to; Polyamide (PA), Polyethylene (PE), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), Felt and also Steel; as well as various finishes and colour choices to choose from.
Our offer features numerous styles, including; Domed, Angled, Metal-Pronged, Ribbed, Threaded, Lightweight and Heavy Duty. Plus lots of shapes to suit your application needs, including; Round, Oval, Rectangular and Square.
Rectangular Inserts are applied to a variety of tubular applications and provide a neat and tidy appearance. These inserts have the added advantage of being chrome-capped, which gives then an attractive, high-gloss aesthetic that is ideal for finished products.
Suitable applications include chair and table legs, cabinets, shelving and others. The range includes ribbed options that are easy to insert and provide a positive fit. These options are suited to a wall section of 1.0 to 2.0 mm in thickness.
Saddle Glides, also referred to as Saddle Bases, fit around tubing and are designed to help movement while protecting surfaces from damage caused from scratches. Made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), they feature a felt base that glides smoothly on a range of surfaces. The tube connection is shaped like a saddle and the base is rectangular.
Our Saddle Glide range has two colour options; Clear and Black.
