Linear Carriages M12

These Quadro Carriages are closed, with self-aligning linear ball bearings, two integrated seals, and a lubrication hole. They achieve accurate and efficient linear motion in heavy-load applications.

It features four linear ball bushings internally, which improves stability and load-bearing capability. It distributes the load uniformly throughout the carriage, minimising deflection and maximising stiffness, lowering the danger of vibration and providing dependable performance even in high-speed applications.

It can withstand temperatures ranging from 20C to +80C. However, by replacing the ball retainers, end plates, and seals it can tolerate temperatures of up to +120C. Commonly used in applications such as food packaging machines, printing machines, computers, or tool grinders.

The carriages are supplied on dummy blocks which must be offered up to the edge of the rail the carriage is going onto during installation. Slide the carriage from the dummy block onto the rail to ensure no damage can occur.
