Elematic 2-Lock™ Cable Ties are professional cable ties made from Polyamide 6.6 (PA), which have a double locking system made from Stainless Steel. A highly efficient and reliable fastener for a range of applications, and industries.
The double steel jaw is made from AISI 316 Stainless Steel, which is placed directly into the cable ties head during the manufacturing process. The innovative double steel jaw allows for locking on both sides of the cable tie, for excellent bundling and securing purposes.
The smooth profile without racks allows for an array of adjustment options along the length of the cable tie, and consistently correct tensioning for a wide range of bundle diameters. These cable ties have an installation temperature range from -40C up to 60C and can perform under an operating temperature range of -40C up to 85C.
Two colour options to choose from. The black option is manufactured from UV resistant PA, ideal for outdoor applications in extreme conditions.
For use in food and pharmaceutical industries - total metal dispersion throughout the entire body of the tie. X-Ray visible. The Blue colour assists detection. They can be used as part of the HACCP process. Halogen Free. Flammability UL94 HB Rating. Operating Temperature: -40C to +85C (continuous). Detectable by metal detectors sat at a minimum of 1.5mm diameter ferrous sphere.
Cable straps can be wrapped and secured around a number of cables to bundle them together. Available in elastomer or nylon material, the nylon variant must be used with the locking strap supplied separately.
