Adhesive Full Face Flange Protectors
Adhesive Full Face Flange Protectors have a special adhesive that bonds tightly and leaves no residue under normal conditions. The PE material is adhesive backed with a peel and stick design and meets ANSI B16.5 and ASME B16.47 specifications for 150 lb. rated flanges.
Push In Full Face Flange Protectors
Push In Full Face Flange Protectors have flexible fins for a snug fit into the bore without using fasteners. The PE material protects ANSI B16.5 Class 150 flanges, DN2627-2638 and BS5504 flanges during finishing, storage, transit.
Our Flange Covers are ideal for protecting internally-coated flanges. They provide complete all-round flange protection, are easy to fit, durable and flexible. The Flange Covers, offered in yellow flexible polyethylene, suit all types of flange faces, and also protect bolt holes.
Studded Full Face Flange Protectors
Studded Full Face Flange Protectors for SAE Code 61 (3000 - 5000 PSI) and Code 62 (6000 PSI) provide full coverage by inserting the attached lugs firmly into the bolt holes. The PE material is cost-effective and resistant to chemicals.
