Flanged Caps are designed to protect the thread of studs. They are used throughout the automotive and engineering industries for general protection uses. The flanges on the profiles have different sizes allowing a socket wrench to function without removing the protection. We offer a selection of materials, including; LDPE, TPR, PVC and Silicone. Our range also includes colour options; Natural, Red and Black and wide choice of sizes to suit your application needs.
Push-in Plugs, also referred to as bungs are a versatile option to blank a variety of holes or bores during transportation, paint process or on a finished product. These LDPE plugs protect the handler from rough surfaces from cut holes. The Bung can also be used to protect internal threads. Additionally, the plugs can be used to mask and protect holes during a low temperature paint process. Available with either a flat or domed head these plugs are also offered in a variety of colours so can be used for colour identification or to match a finished product aesthetics. The advantage of these plugs is that they are simple to apply, with a simple push in motion.
These LDPE Tear Tab Caps are a rapid solution to fit and remove from the part. By pulling the tab, the cap splits wide open offering an easy solution to numerous applications. The range is suitable to UNF and NPT threads and is available in Natural, Blue and Yellow colours. We offer a wide range of sizes to suit many application needs.
Threaded Protection Plugs - NPT Threads are widely used in hydraulic, pneumatic and general engineering industries. They come with a knurled head to easily grip the head and they offer an excellent protection from dirt, moisture and corrosion. They are available in UNF, NPT, Metric and BSP/Gas threads.
Threaded Protection Plugs - Quick Fit are widely used in hydraulic, pneumatic and general engineering industries. They come with a knurled head to easily grip the head and the short thread allows a quick fit on the part. Suitable for Metric, BSP and UNF thread sizes.
