Adjustable Torque Hinges are operate with a single torque adjustment using the screw. They are used to hold doors or panels in position. The adjusting screw is made from stainless steel. The medium hinge is suitable for M4 fixings and the large hinge is suitable for M6 fixings both of which are not supplied

These Constant Torque Hinges articulate and hold the panel in position, thus eliminating the need for a gas strut or lid stay. The torque value is fixed to a specific value, requiring no adjustment along it's lifecycle and the range includes hinges made from a variety of materials and different fixed torque values, including detent hinges.

The range also referred as Surface Mount Hinges, offers different formats of counter sunk holes depending on the strenth of the support required by the application. A choice of material is available to suit the environment demand of the application being an indoor or outoor exposure. Different rotation angles are also available. 

This range of Leaf Hinges are mounted with pass-through holes being hexagonal  or countersunk. A screw cover gives the hinges a protection to the screw mount and an appealing aesthetic appearance. Made of re-inforced PA Glass Fibre, the 200 degrees rotation is secured by a rotation pin made of POM, providing strenght and anti-corrosion.
